The Group is a renowned developer and publisher of mobile games with a strong global presence and international customer base. The Group has its headquarters in Singapore with regional offices in the United States, Hong Kong, mainland China, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Belarus, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and Indonesia, and customers from over 200 countries and regions around the world.
 
The Group offers free-to-play mobile games in 21 different languages which have garnered critical acclaim and won prestigious awards. Right from the start, the Group has aggressively pursued the global market. Its strategic direction and plans have always focused on achieving the goal of becoming a global leader in the gaming industry that produces games loved by players around the world. As at 30 June 2018, the user community of the Group consisted of approximately 550 million registered players around the world, with a total MAU (monthly active user) of over 22 million. During the period, 47%, 27% and 22% of the Group's total revenue were generated from Asia, North America and Europe respectively, and the revenue from mobile games accounted for over 99% of total revenue.
 
In March 2016, the Group released a real-time war strategy game, Lords Mobile. It combines distinctive game design, compelling real-time gameplay, beautiful graphics and frequent updates, all of which contributed to the game's worldwide appeal. As at 30 June 2018, the game has attracted 130 million registered users and Monthly Active Users (MAU) surged to 14 million.  Lords Mobile attracted high ARPU players, propelling its revenue to unprecedented heights.  Accroding to App Annie, Lords Mobile leapt into the top 10 grossing mobile games on iOS and Google Play in June, maintained its position as the top-grossing war strategy game worldwide for twelve consecutive months, and topped the overseas mobile game by Chinese publishers. As at 30 June 2018, the game ranked among the top 5 in 55 countries and top 10 in 88 countries on Google Play; and ranked among the top 5 grossing games in 27 countries and top 10 grossing games in 45 countries on iOS. Lords Mobile has won numerous awards, including the remarkable "Android Excellence Game of 2017" awarded by Google Play, the "Best Overseas Game of 2017" and the "Most Popular and Profitable Game" by 17173.com, as well as the "Best International APP of 2017" by Xiaomi MIUI.
 
Castle Clash is a fast-paced tower defense game launched in 2013, Most commendably, Castle Clash contributes over US$10 million in monthly gross billing after five years of operation. The Group has successfully extended the lifespan of the game by regularly introducing new game features, consistently providing industry-leading customer service, and building a large community of loyal gamers around the world. According to App Annie, Castle Clash ranked among the top 20 in 34 countries on Google Play and in 12 countries on iOS on 30 June 2018. 
 
After experiencing high growth and being widely recognized, the Group leveraged its global reach in R&D and operation, and continues to seek worldwide partners in an aim to achieve state-of-the-art gaming quality, player experience, revenue level, etc.
